Arrive at Guwahati airport/Railway station you will be received and greet by our company representative. Then proceed to Tezpur (185km) – known as the ‘city of Eternal Romance’, situated on the bank of Brahmaputra River, adorned by lush green hills and hillocks. At Tezpur visit Mahavairabh Temple, Agnigarh & Chitralekha Udyan. O/N at Tezpur.
Today morning after breakfast proceed to spectacular Dirang valley which is Monpa tribe area (205 km). Dirang is famous for its apple orchards and natural hot springs. En-route stops at the Orchidarium at Tipi and visit Nag Temple. O/N at Dirang.
This morning proceed to Tawang (140km) – the land of Monpa Tribes & major centre of the Mahayana Buddhists. On the way to Tawang lies the world’s second highest pass – The Sela Pass (13700ft) which run through a small ridge & along a lake called Paradise Lake. And visit Jaswantgarh, a memorial to the brave soldier who single tried to hold of approaching Chinese from the pass during the 1962 Indo-Chinese war. On arrival check in hotel. O/N at Tawang.
In the morning go for sightseeing in and around Tawang. Visit the Penga Ten TSO Lake (P.T.S.O.), War Memorial and Tawang Monastery. The Monastery is 400 year old and adorned with the 18 ft. High statue of Lord Buddha. ‘The Land of Dawn-lit Mountain’ at 3500m gives you unparallel purity of nature. O/N at Tawang.
Morning drive to Bomdila (180km). On the way enjoy the beauty and majesty of Jung Water Fall and visit Kiwi Garden at Dirang valley. O/N at Bomdila.
Morning proceed to Guwahati (352km). On arrival at Guwahati check in hotel & evening free for leisure. O/N at Guwahati.
After breakfast transfer to Guwahati Airport/Railway station to depart by for your onward destination.
